Shipping policy

We are a small business, so we only have one person available to package orders and make trips to the post office. Due to this, orders can take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days to ship. 

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before checking out! If you notice an incorrect address, please reach out to us and we’ll try to intercept the package and get it to the right place. Re-shipment is to be paid by the customer unless the mistake is made on our part.

Every single Punkie Pacis order is shipped in a plain white box or mailer (depending on order size), and doesn’t ever include any revealing branding on the outside of the package. Fragile stickers will be added as necessary, and extra discreet options are available.
