Refund policy

Punkie Pacis is not responsible for your package after it has left our hands. If it gets lost or damaged, we will try our hardest to help you find or repair your item. But due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds in most cases.

Refunds are eligible if an order has not been shipped. Requests for refunds due to a mistake on our end will be compensated in the form of either store credit, coupons/offers, free repairs, or refunds.
